Lead Industrial Maintenance 2nd Shift

PTP is seeking a skilled Bilingual Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of all facilities and equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, conduct regular inspections. Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor will manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks.
2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all equipment and facilities.
3. Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
4. Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
5. Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory levels.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
8. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support ongoing projects.
9. Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and troubleshoot issues using hands-on assistance.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in maintenance and or electricity is preferred.
2. Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
5. Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
6. Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
