• Research and identify potential leads through various online sources, including social media and industry websites.
• Contact potential leads via email and other communication channels to qualify interest in our products/services.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and track interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
• Assist in the development of strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge of the industry.
• Support administrative tasks related to lead management and follow-ups.
