Lead- Full Stack Engineer

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Django and React.
• Architect, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions on Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
• Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and security.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Python Django for backend development.
• Solid experience with React and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with Azure services.
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ORMs.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like Jira.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets.
• Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
