Requirements

What do we need?

We are looking for a Lead Front-End Developer who will play a key role in building revolutionary products for digital health companies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end developers and collaborating with clients to gather requirements, design and develop front-end solutions.

You will have the opportunity to create global digital health products!

Engineering Outcomes

Develop and implement user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mock-ups into responsive, interactive features.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.js.
Experience in leading or mentoring a team of developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with healthcare companies will be a plus.
