Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days ? totaling 80 hours worked ? and have every other Friday off

Job Description:

Serve as finance liaison to planning and operations to ensure alignment of financial goals with business strategies. Focus on scenario analysis, financial forecasting, and optimization of financial metrics. Support day-to-day decision making and long term planning.

Essential Functions:

Work with planning, operations, supply chain, and accounting to ensure plan accuracy and alignment with financial targets

Develop and manage financial forecasts associated with operating plans

Conduct scenario analysis to support planning and leadership in decision making

Identify risks and opportunities and develop actions to mitigate or realize

Monitor and report on key performance indicators- including backlog, revenue, cash, GM/OI, and orders

Prepare and present financial summaries to leadership

Travel to/from Londonderry/Tempe once per fiscal quarter

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in Finance.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Strong MS Excel experience

Familiarity with Costpoint business systems
