Requirements

We are looking for a Lead Carpenter with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all tradesfrom Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 5+ years of previous experience as a handyman, carpenter, or professional remodeler
• Proficiency with a wide range of tasks including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, Light Plumbing and Electrical, Framing, Decking, Siding, Door & Window installation
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
• Comfortable being a field project manager, including quality control and mentorship of other Craftsmen
• Own work truck or van for the position
• Own basic hand and power tools needed for the position
