Job Description: Lead Construction Foreman (Concrete Specialist)
We are looking for an experienced Lead Construction Laborer with a specialization in concrete work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in laying, smoothing, and finishing concrete for various construction projects. You will be responsible for leading a crew, ensuring the quality and safety of all concrete work, and coordinating with project managers to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew in all phases of concrete work.
Prepare and set concrete forms, pour, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces.
Ensure concrete projects are completed to specifications and safety standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and worksite cleanliness.
Communicate with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a lead concrete laborer or similar role.
Expertise in all aspects of concrete work, including pouring and finishing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
