We are currently seeking a Lead Cashier to join our team and take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our convenience store locations.

Job Overview:

As a Lead Cashier at TA Travel Center, you will be responsible for overseeing cash register operations and maintaining a high level of customer service. This hands-on role involves managing the cashiers during your shift, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately while upholding the company's standards for service and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the cashier team, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist customers with inquiries and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee cash handling and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.

Requirements
