You'll work alongside our dedicated team to develop personalized patient care plans, facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, and empower our patients to overcome their challenges. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized patient care plans
• Provide individual and group therapy, focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust patient care plans as needed.
• Lead educational workshops and support groups for patients and their families.
• Encourage and motivate patients to engage in their recovery journey.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an LCAS, LPC, or LCMHC in North Carolina.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to counseling.
• Experience working in the addiction treatment field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus!
