Candidate should have private credit and syndicated debt finance experience at peer firm with at least some exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management or special situations finance. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome. Class of 2016 2017 ? 2021.2022. The annual compensation range for this position is $260,000 to $435,000. The salary offered may depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include health care; retirement benefits; paid days off, including sick time, and vacation time; parental leave; basic life insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts; as well as discretionary, performance-based bonuses.
