Job Description

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Landscaping Workers. As a family-owned staffing company, we take pride in finding quality employment candidates like you and matching their talents to our clients' needs. In this role, you will work with our landscaping teams to assist with a variety of tasks, including planting, mowing, trimming, and maintaining outdoor spaces. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about outdoor work, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

We're looking for 3 candidates valid driver's licenses. Apply ASAP!

Responsibilities

Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans
Perform routine maintenance on landscaping tools and equipment
Remove weeds, debris, and other obstacles from landscaped areas
Ensure all landscaping projects are completed to specifications and safety standards
Follow directions from the supervisor and contribute to team efforts
The position involves upscale commercial work

The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, meetings at the clients locations each day. Candidates must be able to endure the summer heat. The primary task involves mulching, so experience in this area is required.

Requirements

1 year of prior experience in landscaping is required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Good communication skills and team collaboration
