Your Role and Impact

We are seeking an Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in litigation to support our growing work in the gig economy, working on the cutting edge of employment-adjacent personal injury cases, particularly focusing on a major ride-share technology client. Strong candidates should also have litigation experience in areas of insurance defense and negligence loss. This role involves:

Running cases
Engaging in sophisticated litigation processes
Conducting detailed research and writing
Crafting and arguing motions
Managing complex fact investigations and analysis
Taking and defending depositions
