The Orange County office currently has over 100 attorneys who practice in a variety of areas including Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Real Estate, Finance, and more.

Our attorneys advise employers of all sizes?ranging from Fortune 100 companies to high tech and traditional business start-ups?in all aspects of employment advice and counseling, disputes and litigation, international employment and mobility, and union management relations. We have considerable expertise in all matters affecting the workplace including wage and hour, class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment agreements, layoffs, and ERISA. Our team in Orange County continues to outperform and as a result continues to grow. We are currently recruiting for an outstanding staff attorney with 7+ years of experience in an advice & counsel capacity. Our L&E practice group prides itself on employing attorneys with expertise in their fields who can take ownership of matters.
The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas:
- Counseling employers in areas of Californiaand Federal employment law
- Drafting employment agreements and policies, including employee handbooks
- Conducting complex internal fact investigations and analysis
- Conducting audits of employer wage and hour and HR practices
- Self-starter who requires minimal oversight
- Candidates with experience working in both a law firm setting and in-house roles would be preferred
- Employment defense litigation experience would be helpful, but is not required, as this is not a litigation role

While this role is based in our Orange County office, we will also consider qualified candidates in Century City, Del Mar, or Downtown San Diego. We will also consider fully remote candidates in California who are able to come into the OC office, as needed. Applicants must be admitted to the California Bar.
The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000.$250,000.
