Job Description

Seeking a junior associate with 1-3 years of large law firm experience to join our labor and employment practice in our Dallas office. The successful applicant must possess excellent academic credentials and writing skills as well as employment law or general litigation experience. The candidate ideally will have meaningful experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, restrictive covenant litigation, FINRA and other arbitrations, class/collective action litigation, and investigations. Active Texas Bar membership is required.
