Labor & Employment Attorney

Amundsen Davis seeks an experienced labor and employment senior attorney or junior-level partner to join our growing Management-Side Labor & Employment Law team in throughout our Milwaukee office. Midwest footprint (including Chicago, St Louis, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Columbus and Cleveland). The ideal candidate holds an active Wisconsin bar license and has five or more at least 10 years of substantial experience in with providing comprehensive advice and counsel, as well as employment litigation, including counsel to employers, navigating proceedings before administrative agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts. This position Only those candidates with an active background in labor and employment law will handle issues for clients in the areas of wage/hour disputes, discrimination, and class actions, among others. be considered. Experience with traditional labor is a plus but not required. Candidates must have a proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary Judgment specific to employment litigation. Strong strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and writing skills and a deep commitment to client service are required.and responsiveness.
