Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking a labor and employment attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of experience focusing primarily on employment law audit and compliance work to join the San Francisco office. An Ideal candidate has significant experience assisting employers with internal and external audits or investigations conducted by administrative agencies such as the California Labor Commissioner, U.S. Department of Labor, and local agencies like the Office of Labor Standards Enforcement in San Francisco. The candidate should also have experience conducting internal audits of pay practices and state and federal wage and hour compliance for employers. Substantial advice and counsel experience and internal leave and accommodation policy and process audits are a plus. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and their experience should include significant litigation experience. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California. Pursuant to California regulation, the annual salary range for this position is $280,000 to $330,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
