The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Labor & Employment Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join our Atlanta or Charlotte office. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group. The Day-To-Day As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You Have 2-5 years of labor and employment experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, administrative charges, policy review, investigations and counseling. A collegial, cooperative approach and enjoy working with experienced lawyers, sharing ideas, resources and best practices. Excellent academic credentials. Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. Admission to the North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia bar.
