Job Description

Greenspoon Marder LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment associate for its Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale or Miami office. Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience in a wide array of employment matters including Title VII, the FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state counterpart litigation. Ideal candidates must be excellent writers with substantial experience in human resources counseling and training, while also practicing in federal and state court, and before the EEOC, DOL and other federal and state agencies. Florida Bar Required.
