We are seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney with 1?4 years of litigation experience to join our Labor and Employment Practice Group. This is a great opportunity for a junior attorney who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys competition, and wants to make an immediate impact helping clients navigate employment challenges with clarity and confidence.

What You'll Do

Draft persuasive legal briefs and other court filings.
Represent clients in hearings, law and motion proceedings, and trial.
Conduct legal research and advise clients on a wide range of employment and business issues.
Review and interpret contracts and employment-related documents.
Take and defend depositions.
Propound and respond to written discovery.
Collaborate closely with team members to deliver strategic, high-quality service to public and private sector clients.

What We're Looking For

1?4 years of litigation experience; labor and employment background is a plus, but not required.
Excellent research and writing skills and a strong academic record.
Comfort with complex legal issues and documents, including contracts.
A competitive mindset and genuine interest in litigation.
Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to work well with clients and colleagues alike.
Strong time management, creative problem-solving abilities, and follow-through.
Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
