Job Description
The Labor & Employment group is seeking a counsel level (6+ years of experience) to support the litigation practice in DC or NY. The ideal candidate must have meaningful labor and employment or litigation experience, as well as strong research and writing skills, and stellar academic credentials. They should be knowledgeable about federal and state labor and employment laws and have experience providing strategic advice on workplace law issues such as wage and hour compliance, employee relations, mitigation of risk, employment agreements, reductions in force, ADA and workplace accommodations, and employment-related policies.
