Within the broad scope of our employment law counseling and litigation practice, we maintain a subspecialty practice representing financial institutions faced with FINRA arbitration matters, including raiding and recruiting issues, restrictive covenant issues and noncompete agreements. The continued growth and expansion of this subspecialty practice has created an associate opening in our Princeton office. Ideal candidates will have 1-4 years of experience in any of the following areas: Employment litigation Restrictive covenants FINRA arbitrations Noncompete agreements Employment/severance agreements Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
