Job Description
The Detroit office seeks an associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group. This position will focus on representing clients in complex labor and employment matters, including traditional labor law. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a mix of labor and employment or other complex litigation. Experience with companies in the transportation industry, especially airlines and railroads, is a plus, but not required. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team across offices, in a growing and thriving practice, are required.
