Lab Leader

1. Be responsible for operation management and technical coordination of all work.

2. To train team talents and cultivate talents.

3. To organize the team to provide localized R & D services (including but not limited to Design & Simulation & Evaluation & Demo) for North American customers in efficient coordination with the headquarters and be responsible for customer satisfaction.

4. To collect, investigate and analyze North American market & technology information, and provide timely and effective decision-making suggestions to the headquarter.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Optics, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering and other related majors, fluent in oral English and Chinese.

2. At least 5 years of experience in product definition and product planning related to VR, AR, mobile camera module, sports camera, etc. or at least 7 years of experience in system design of related products.

3. Possess own unique opinions based on in-depth market research. And put forward the potential needs of consumers, then make forward-looking product planning.

4. Work experience in Apple, Google and meta is preferred.

5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is prefered.
