Kitchen Manager - C-Store

Your role will involve managing kitchen operations, including staff supervision, menu planning, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will be pivotal in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food service industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to manage inventory and control food costs effectively. Creative flair for menu development and improvements. Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred.
