Job Description

TechOp Solutions is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join our team! As a Junior Program Analyst, you will provide support to our federal client in process improvement, knowledge management capture, customer service, and communications. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and work with a team of experienced professionals.

The Jr. Program Analyst will support areas that include: reviewing existing asset management processes; help to identify areas for improvement via process change or data/workflow automation; and assist in the updating of key policy and procedure documentation.

Requirements

Please Note: Location- Telework, with occasional in-person work sessions in the Washington DC area. However, this position requires candidates that are local to the Washington, DC area.

BA/BS degree and up to 3 years' experience
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to take products from concept to delivery with minimal direction.
Strong Excel & PPT skills
Strong business writing skills
Strong storyboarding and deck development capabilities
Client management and meeting skills
Team player who can multi-task and drive activities in a large, high-profile, fast-paced, and collaborative team structure
Willingness to learn new concepts, methods, or subjects.

An active security clearance is required.
