What You'll Do: As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving OptiSigns' growth by generating new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and delivering valuable solutions to a range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to develop both technical expertise and customer-facing skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage tasks and activities to drive new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the technology solutions space.
  • Consistently achieve KPI goals to ensure we meet company growth and revenue objectives.
  • Become an industry expert in digital signage and the sectors we serve to provide informed solutions and insights to our clients.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify key players in target accounts and develop strategic approaches to stimulate opportunities for long-term partnerships.
  • Execute outbound cold calling to develop new customer relationships, onboard new accounts, and encourage growth within existing clients.
  • Negotiate agreements that drive long-term success and mutual value for OptiSigns and our customers.

Requirements

  • Proficient in meeting and exceeding KPIs, with a strong drive to hit goals and contribute to company success.
  • Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn how to manage customer relationships effectively.
