Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You would be:
- Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals
- Working in a state of the art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team
- Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
- Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance.
- 24/7 according to schedule Rotational (Night shifts are included)
Requirements
- Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Good attention to detail
- Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
- Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure
- Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates
Preferred Requirements:
- Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced work environment.
