Job Description

Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our team and support our gov't customer in the DC area. There is a potential for remote work upon customer approval. The IT Systems Analyst will play an important role in the following areas:

• Report management support and information collection
• Industry best practice research
• Report automation strategies assistance
• Potential technology adoption
• Solution adaptability
• Problem identification
• Quality assurance
• Data management
• Standard operating procedures (SOPs) development

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python and Java.
• Experience developing and maintaining web interfaces utilizing modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or similar).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL databases, including database modeling, SQL querying, performance tuning, and data migration.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience gathering and documenting system requirements, creating system specifications, and performing impact analyses.
• Familiarity with report automation methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.
