Job Description
Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join our team and support our gov't customer in the DC area. There is a potential for remote work upon customer approval. The IT Systems Analyst will play an important role in the following areas:
- Report management support and information collection
- Industry best practice research
- Report automation strategies assistance
- Potential technology adoption
- Solution adaptability
- Problem identification
- Quality assurance
- Data management
- Standard operating procedures (SOPs) development
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or similar role, with demonstrated expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python and Java.
- Experience developing and maintaining web interfaces utilizing modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or similar).
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with PostgreSQL databases, including database modeling, SQL querying, performance tuning, and data migration.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience gathering and documenting system requirements, creating system specifications, and performing impact analyses.
- Familiarity with report automation methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.
