Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems within the organization. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and basic networking knowledge to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Provide technical support to employees for Windows, email, internet, and application-related problems.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.
Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Handle basic networking tasks such as LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and IP configuration.
Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and assets.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
Ensure data backup and system security compliance.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Familiarity with printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and remote desktop support.
