Position:

Network Engineer (M&A) Grade: IT4 Location : Noida

Job Description :

Must have:

10-12 years of experience in mid-large global enterprise networking infrastructure

Strong knowledge and experience in IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols (spanning-tree, OSPF, BGP), LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, QOS, VLAN, ACL, NAC, and infrastructure cabling.

Strong experience with multi-vendor switching/routing technologies including HPE/Aruba and Cisco

Proven ability to manage mission-critical, highly visible infrastructure projects to completion.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to best understand the organization?s needs and plan, design, implement & support production data centers around the globe

Collaborate with team of Network Engineers on design initiatives

Provision, implement, test/validation, and maintain networking services

Ensure production environments, campus network and data centers are designed, equipped & built correctly to scale per business needs

Install, configure, and manage edge devices such as routers, VPN.

Support implementation and maintenance of global WAN network.

Monitor, analyze, and report metrics of network services

Act as a Level 3 escalation point

Document network knowledge base and operational ?Run Book?

Must be able to work occasional weekends, after hours, and holidays

Experience in security-policy implementation and how to manage design and support of network environments to maintain policy integrity

Experience in improving network monitoring in order to avoid service disruptions.

Automation experience is a plus

Additional Skills/Preferences:

Computer Science degree

CCIP/CCNP, CCIE, Cloud certification required
