Our client, a leader in the IT industry, is seeking a IT Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a IT Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Senior Business Systems Analyst

What's the Job?

Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions among business and technical users.

Document customer business requirements through formal Business Analysis processes.

Analyze and review existing computer system capabilities and workflow to determine feasibility of requested changes.

Coordinate projects from development through implementation, working with IT teams, clients, and vendors.

Support operations systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance of existing applications.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in business or systems analysis within the IT development field.

Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database management systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple competing deadlines and tasks effectively.
