Role Purpose

In this role you will work as an operation support specialist in new Global S4 HANA team being created in strategic ERP Transformation Organization. You will work in international company with great history having many divisions and subsidiaries all over the world. You can become part of great journey together with us to company optimized and growing with benefits of SAP S/4 HANA application working in private cloud. You will work with colleagues from different regions, lead meetings, and take responsibility for the OTC (Order to Cash) workstream.

Experience in one of more of the following is highly desirable:

OTC/O2C stream ? Ability to demonstrate S/4 HANA processes in Order to Cash

Experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) implementation & customizing

Experience in dealing with key integration areas procurement, finance, supply chain and warehouse management

Experience in S4 Conversion, workflow, interfaces and EDI

Will work with operations team in support break/fix activities

Work in an international team, using collaboration tools, to operate as one, cohesive Operations team.

Conduct working sessions with business users as required to clarify requirements or troubleshoot issues.

Research and apply OSS notes as required to resolve issues.

Work in Corning?s ITSM related applications like ServiceNow, Teams, Sharepoint, SAP ChaRM

Will be in an on-call rotation supporting team / organization expected to meet SLA commitments defined by IT and agreed upon by the organization.

Develop documentation and testing procedures,and perform knowledge sharing sessions with operations team.

Experiences/Education - Required

3+ years SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4

Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design

Excellent communication and written skills to aid in RICEF creation and design document creation.

In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices

Experienced SAP S4 HANA OTC/Order to Cash Consultant to work on Identify and resolve complex technical issues within our customer service-level agreements.

Experiences/Education - Desired

Experience in other SAP modules

Development experience (ABAP is strong plus)

Fiori, Adobe Forms, and Workflow experience

Proficiency in debugging complex programs

ServiceNow experience

Written and oral communication in English and customer service skills

Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.

Good teamwork, ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Needs to be a self-starter with strong analytical thinking skills, able to work independently

The range for this position is $90,899.00 - $124,987.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
