Experience in handling the full-life cycle of the recruitment process.
i.e understanding the JD , Sourcing , Screening , briefing candidates about Company/JD, Interview schedule , offer follow up .
Sourcing experience from LinkedIn / Indeed/ Hirist .
Good communication .
Responsibilities :
Handling end to end Recruitment .
Responsible for posting jobs on websites .
Following up on a positive note with candidates, share feedback Mail when required.
Coordinate for Interview schedules & send Invites .
Maintaining Database
ATS updates
