IT recruiter

1-3 years experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
Skills in understanding hiring needs and developing job descriptions
Knowledge of maintaining a talent pipeline and providing recruitment updates
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
