IT Recruiter - APAC Region

Key Responsibilities:

Source, attract, and engage top IT talent for clients across the APAC region, with a focus on India

Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates, clients, and partners in India

Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks

Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communication

Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences

Meet and exceed recruitment targets, goals, and KPIs

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field

Strong knowledge of the India job market, trends, and regulations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in recruitment software, tools, and technologies

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud-based recruitment platforms and tools

Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and skill sets

Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
