MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Individualcontributorwithcomprehensiveknowledgeinthespecificarea.

Adaptsprecedentandmaymakesignificantdeparturesfromtraditionalapproachestodevelopsolutions.

Responsibleforallaspectsofthedevelopmentandimplementationofprojects.

Projectcanbeinternalorexternal(client).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Undergeneraldirection,responsibleforallaspectsofthedevelopmentandimplementationofassignedprojectsandprovidesasinglepointofcontactforthoseprojects.

Takesprojectsfromoriginalconceptthroughfinalimplementation.

Definesprojectscopeandobjectives.

Developsdetailedworkplans,schedules,projectestimates,resourceplans,andstatusreports.

Conductsprojectmeetingsandisresponsibleforprojecttrackingandanalysis.

Ensuresadherencetoqualitystandardsandreviewsprojectdeliverables.

Managestheintegrationofvendortasksandtracksandreviewsvendordeliverables.

Providestechnicalandanalyticalguidancetoprojectteam.

Recommendsandtakesactiontodirecttheanalysisandsolutionsofproblems.

Incumbentmightalsobecompany'sexpertonspecifictechnologies.
