We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our organization's technology operations and ensure the seamless functioning of our global IT infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving our technological strategy, enhancing security and compliance, and optimizing IT processes to support Accellor's growth and innovation.

In this role, you will:

• IT Infrastructure Management :

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and communication tools.

• Ensure network security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and effective.

• Manage the performance of the company's servers, workstations, network, and cloud-based servicesonAzure/GCP/AWS

• Global administration for O365, Azure, Teams, Billing/Invoicing

• Work with Microsoft resellers for Azure and O365 license and support operations

• Asset management of all the hardware devices andSoftware licenses

• End-to-end ownership of IT projects including system upgrades, deployments, and new technology implementations.

• Security & Compliance:

• Ensure the company complies with all relevant industry regulations and cybersecurity best practices.

• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks.

• Monitor and manage firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.

• Implement and enforce IT security policies and practices in compliance with industry standards, includingISO/IEC 27001(Information Security Management) and guide the organization to upkeep and upgrade ISO standards.

• Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality.

• Come up with strategies to reduce the IT and Cloud services costs and implement the ideas for cost optimization

• Forecast and plan for future IT needs based on business requirements and technological advancements.

• End-User Support:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues to employees across departments.

• Develop user manuals, training programs, and FAQs to help employees navigate IT systems effectively.

• Provide global support for users across various locations of the company

Requirements

• 5-7 years of expertise in IT infrastructure, network systems, and cloud-based services.

• Advanced knowledge of IT security protocols and compliance standards.

• Proven ability to lead IT projects and implement new technologies effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated success in optimizing costs and managing budgets.

• Experience providing global IT support and managing international IT operations.

• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
