Document Crunch is looking for an IT Manager to join our rapidly scaling and dynamic team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, providing exceptional support to staff, and leading a small but growing team. The IT Manager will also contribute to our ongoing security and compliance initiatives, helping to ensure our systems remain secure, scalable, and efficient. The role reports directly to the Director of Information Security and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a wide-ranging base of employees, both remote workers and in-office in multiple locations.
  • Oversee and improve critical Microsoft 365 infrastructure, including mail routing, DLP, MFA, phishing mitigation and SAML integration.
  • Manage a tech stack that includes corporate services like Slack, Zoom, OpenAI, Docusign, etc.
  • Manage an MDM solution and ensure that employee devices are enrolled, updated and secure.
  • Manage network infrastructure including Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches and wi-fi gear, cameras, door access controls and conference room equipment.
  • Assist in compliance objectives that include annual SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and ISO 27001 audits.
  • Assist in security objectives including endpoint/EDR, WAF, SASE, ZTNA.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of IT management experience required.
  • 3 to 5 years experience with the Microrosft suite of online products required.
  • Experience with mail protocols (IMAP, SMTP) and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) required.
  • Experience with management of complex IT projects and implementations is required.
  • Strong security awareness and security mindedness is required.
  • Knowledge of general networking (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field from an accredited college or equivalent experience required.
  • Familiarity with Mac and/or Windows operating systems is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with vendor management, licensing negotiations, etc. a definite plus.
  • Certifications like ITIL, ITSM, or tech certs like CCNA, ACSP or MCSE a definite plus.
