Job Overview

The IT Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of our IT infrastructure including user endpoints including Windows & MAC laptops, ensuring its availability, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Linux server environments, networking technologies, cloud solutions and end user troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and optimal performance.
Support essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
Perform regular infrastructure health checks, updates, and security patches across servers, applications, and cloud environments.
Participate in Service Improvement Projects and Initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and best practices for system and data protection.
Monitor and report on Security Dashboards, IT & Security Metrics, and Risk Registers.
Help in improving the IT Security Posture and Participate in Internal and External Audits.
Carry out Procurement, Invoicing and Work with Vendors with all the Supply Chain and Logistics works.

Requirements

Should bring:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Hands-on experience in End point Troubleshooting and IT Operations.
Experience managing Service Desk Systems and Tools.
Experience in IT Security & GRC Domain is an added advantage.
Interest in creative design and content writing related to Information Security.
Effective communication skills.
Knowledge in Scripting is an added advantage.
Should have:
4-6 years of experience as System Administrator, Network Administrator, or in similar role.
Working knowledge in AWS, GCP or Azure Platform.
Proficiency in Windows Platform is Must. Linux and Mac would be an advantage.
Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, firewalls).
Certification in any of the Technologies (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, ITIL)
Knowledge of System security, data backup/recovery and Patch Management.
Flexibility to work in different work shifts as required.
