Isofttek Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented IT Business Development Manager to join our growing Hyderabad team. This role is pivotal in driving new client acquisitions and expanding our footprint in the US IT staffing market. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal recruitment teams to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.

As a BDM, you will lead client outreach, pitch recruitment services, and manage the sales pipeline through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and CRM software. If you're a self-starter with a strong understanding of the US IT staffing ecosystem and a proven record in generating leads and closing deals we want you on our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing business development .
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing staffing deals.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and in-demand roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Bullhorn , Oorwin , or similar CRMs/ATS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Understanding of US staffing models (contract, C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Willingness to work US shifts and align with client time zones.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, or direct clients in the US.
  • Familiarity with US work visa types and compliance requirements (H-1B, OPT, GC, etc.).
  • Exposure to full sales cycle including RFP/RFQ processes.
