Job Description

Responsibilities:

Maintaining correspondence and pleadings
Assisting with document productions, coordinating attorney review for relevant and privilege documents and coordinating efforts with appropriate vendors
Maintaining deposition files and deposition databases,
Assisting in the preparation of witnesses for depositions, and assisting in all aspects of the preparation for trial and attending trial.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of litigation experience.
Familiarity with electronic filings and electronic discovery and the flexibility to travel and work overtime.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
This position necessitates the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
