Job Description
A national law firm is seeking a full-time IP Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This person will assist the attorneys and case manager with all facets of the litigation process.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining correspondence and pleadings
- Assisting with document productions, coordinating attorney review for relevant and privilege documents and coordinating efforts with appropriate vendors
- Maintaining deposition files and deposition databases,
- Assisting in the preparation of witnesses for depositions, and assisting in all aspects of the preparation for trial and attending trial.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Familiarity with electronic filings and electronic discovery and the flexibility to travel and work overtime.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
- This position necessitates the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
