IP Associate

Nelson Mullins is looking to add an Intellectual Property Associate to its Intellectual Property Litigation, Trademarks and Patent Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing team.

You have two to four years of meaningful experience inpatent preparation and prosecution; due diligence experience is a plus.You possessa mechanical, electrical, chemical or similar engineering degree, or computer science degree.You are admitted in good standing to a state Bar where Nelson Mullins has an office and are admitted to the USPTO.
