We

We are seeking an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our market leading, Chambers-ranked Secondaries Investment Funds team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of cutting-edge secondary investment transactions, providing legal support for private equity secondaries deals, continuation fund transactions, LP-led secondaries, fund formations, and other types of secondary market transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong legal expertise in private equity, secondaries, and fund-related transactions, with the ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced environment. General General corporate experience is helpful.helpful but not required. Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are required.

Candidates will be considered for the Dallas, New York or Washington, D.C. office only.
