The Charlotte office of Alston & Bird is looking for a team member to support its rapidly expanding Investment Funds team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience. A background in investment management and fund formation is required. Our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team is known for representing private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies, such as BDCs, interval funds and closed-end funds. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and solid interpersonal skills, as this role involves direct client contact and business development acumen.
