One of our partner companies is currently looking for an Interventional Glaucoma Business Manager in the United States .

As an Interventional Glaucoma Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and integration of advanced glaucoma technologies in your assigned territory. You will collaborate directly with ophthalmic surgeons, assisting in surgical procedures and training both physicians and staff to ensure optimal clinical outcomes. Your mission is to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, ASCs, and private practices while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Success in this role requires a mix of sales expertise, clinical knowledge, and a deep passion for improving patient care. You will play a key role in expanding territory performance and supporting innovative treatment approaches that challenge traditional paradigms. This position combines hands-on clinical support with strategic territory management for maximum impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across multiple glaucoma product lines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, staff, and key decision-makers
  • Conduct surgical wet labs and clinical trainings to support technology adoption
  • Provide in-surgery support and guidance during procedures to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and product champions
  • Attend industry meetings and events to generate leads and reinforce business relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience, including 3+ years in surgical ophthalmics
  • Experience in ophthalmic pharmaceuticals is highly desirable
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and launching new products
  • Strong ability to build and grow territories from the ground up
  • Skilled communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel within assigned region
  • Passion for clinical education, innovation, and improving patient outcomes
