#AERONES , a Global Leader in advanced Wind Turbine maintenance and robotics, are seeking a Intern, Human Resources
to join our Global HR Team. We specialize in cutting-edge robotic solutions that ensuresafety, efficiency, and top-tier service for the Wind Energy Industry and we have grown to now serve Customers that represent over 50 percent of the World's wind power capacity leading operators.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity tobuild you skills with various Employer Branding initiatives, help with the Talent Acquisition initiative (Attraction, Selection and Engagement), have the chance to collaborate with various Stakeholders locally and International assist in improving the Onboarding process for new Wind Turbine Technicians as well as office based roles within the United States.

We will invest in YOU to ensure that you have the Opportunities grow you skills, know and experience as a up and coming Human Resources (HR) Practitioner , and grow your understanding of the Wind Energy Industry through the process of ensuring the longevity of the Industry through regular maintenance .

The position is based in our office Dallas, TX, United States. This role is primarily On-Site with the aim to ensure our Team can provide you with the support and training you need to succeed and be an amazing HR Practitioner! Should the role require any business travel, all accommodation and travel expenses will be fully covered by the Company - this may include attending career fairs, Industry conference etc.
