Intellectual Property Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney

Seeking an associate attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our firm?s Intellectual Property Group in any of our Ohio or DC offices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patent preparation and prosecution, patent licensing, performing patentability and clearance opinions, portfolio management, and conducting due diligence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior analytical, oral and written communication skills and thrive in a team environment. Requirements include an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, a J.D. from an accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
