Snell & Wilmer?s Intellectual Property practice group seeks a full-time patent associate attorney with at least two to five years of experience. experience to join our Phoenix, Tucson, Los Angeles, Orange County, Reno, San Diego, or Washington, D.C. office. The successful candidate will have patent drafting experience with microelectronics and/or semiconductors, semiconductors and will have an educational background in engineering (chemical, electrical, or mechanical), chemistry, or physics. Snell and Wilmer?s overall Intellectual Property practice includes prosecution, transactional, and litigation work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving team of attorneys doing work for clients throughout the nation and internationally. Admission State Bar membership is required in the jurisdiction in which the attorney will be practicing, as is admission to practice law in Arizona and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is required.Office.
This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm?s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
The annual compensation range for candidates placed in California is $216,000-$255,000, depending on experience.
The annual compensation range for candidates placed in Nevada is $181,000-$205,000, depending on experience.
The annual compensation range for candidates placed in Washington, D.C. is $216,000-$255,000, depending on experience.
