Job Description
Seeking midlevel associate with one to five years of patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice, along with an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a life sciences technology area. Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) is required. It is required that you prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to you joining the firm or during your first 12 months from the date of hire. For positions in Washington State, the salary wage range for this job posting is as follows: Summer Associate: $4,326 weekly salary Junior Associate: $225,000 - $260,000 Mid-Level Associate: $310,000-$390,000
